DOOR STAFF

Learn the music business! 

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door to the music industry and learn the nuts and bolts of how a music venue operates. The responsibilities of Door Staff at our venues go beyond greeting people as they enter the venue.

Experience: General work experience in customer service, music business, or hospitality 2 years, Experience in a position that demonstrates the ability to pay attention and hustle. Must be over 21 years of age Education: High School or equivalent. Availability minimum: two nights a week with weekend availability a MUST Job Duties:

– ID everyone that enters the premises. 

– check in ticketed guests & operate square, sell single day of show (DOS) tickets to all venue events.

– Deny entry of underage, inebriated patrons.

– Apply stamp, wristbands, X’s to paying approved or under 21 concert go-ers.

– Tracking of tickets sold using etix and settlement sheets and fill out the end of night submission forms.

– Perform required bar stocking, cleaning, organizing, take out trash, and keep venue clean during run of show.

– Complete venue specific cleaning duties and trash removal, assist with bar closing.

– Provide excellent customer service to patrons and performers and get along with co-workers

– Must be able to lift 30 pounds

Job Type: Part-Time 15-30 hours a week, Pay rate: $19.29hr + tipout, equivalent $25-29 hr

JUNIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER

We’re hiring a Junior Production Manager to support live events at Globe Hall, Lost Lake, Larimer Lounge & Goosetown. This role reports to the Senior Production Manager and combines show advancing, artist hospitality, settlements, and on-site production support for concerts and DJ events.

Responsibilities include coordinating with audio/lighting teams, managing artist communication, sourcing backline, and working closely with booking, FOH, door staff, contractors, and other production managers. Position is approximately 60% office/email/computer work and 40% onsite.

Requirements: • Strong organization and high-volume email management • Professionalism, teamwork, and customer service skills • Ability to problem-solve calmly in fast-paced environments • Weekend/night availability • Ability to lift 25 lbs • Background check and references required

Preferred experience: • Audio, lighting, Pioneer CDJs/mixers, LED walls • Music industry experience, contracts, settlements, and advancing

Education: Post-high school education preferred, including college, trade school, technical programs, or equivalent completion of professional training
