Hiring Assistant Manager: Full-time hourly position requiring nights, weekends and some daytime availability. Scheduled days off, Sunday & Monday
Duties include: Daily tasks such as, but not limited to inventory, managing door staff & operations, settlements with performers, assist ordering product, cash management, settling cash drawers, Toast menu management, scheduling, organizing premises, training new employees, artist hospitality, troubleshooting issues that arise, assist to manage overall functionality of the business and building and floor manager. Directly tipped shifts are available with this position 1-2 nights a week.
Qualities: The qualified candidate should have a strong ability to lead, manage and communicate well with guest, staff owners, and peers and have a strong passion for customer service. Bar or door experience is a plus, but not necessary. The person who fills this role should care about the business, the safety of everyone involved, customer service, and be willing to pick up slack wherever needed.
Requirements: 2+ years experience in customer service, bars/music venues, settling shows, management, money/cash management. Multi-tasking, ability to hustle, must be able to lift 35lbs, clean premises and stock bar. Troubleshoot problems when they arise, & contribute to team. Must have weekend availability & late nights with some daytime availability. TIPS training current certification. Must have professional references.
Important Skills: Helpful attitude, must be able to hustle, problem solver, customer service, teamwork, resolving conflict, thoroughness, manage staff in a positive manner, experience working door or security, good communicator, professionalism, email skills, general math skills, keep “cool” when under pressure/busy.
Hourly starting pay based on experience. Full time hourly + directly tipped shifts, approx. $60,000+ yr. Benefits available: sick leave, health insurance reimbursement, 16 hours floating holiday every year, +paid vacation after one year, Colorado Secure Savings Retirement Program.
