Larimer Lounge Presents Jake Shore – Hard All Night Tour with Cizzle, Siixnights and Yeti Tears on Saturday, March 14 — Born and bred in the heart of Chicago, Jake Shore fully absorbed the legacy of house and juke music that roared through the city’s streets in the 90s/early 2000s – and then he turned it up a notch.  Jake Shore is a one-man boy band on a mission to resurrect the raw energy of Chicago Hard House for a new generation. Drawing from the same DNA that fueled late-night radio sessions with Bad Boy Bill, DJ Trajic, Tidy Boys, and The Klubb Heads – back when you had to memorize lyrics because Shazam didn’t exist – Jake has evolved those sounds into something entirely his own. With a signature blend of Chicago grit, hip hop, and UK hard-house energy, his sets are raw, nostalgic, and unrelenting –  a no-compromise testament to the 90s/2000s rave aura that is… “you’re free to lose control and find yourself.”  Previously known as the 3rd-grade teacher who went viral for blending education with house music, Jake has since traded the classroom for festival stages and iconic venues like The Brooklyn Mirage, Aragon Ballroom, and LIV Miami and Las Vegas. Chalk w/ Ultra Lick + Vegan Gore

Larimer Lounge Presents Chalk with Ultra Lick and Vegan Gore on Wednesday, March 25 — Chalk is the project of award-winning musicians and filmmaker duo Ross Cullen and Benedict Goddard.  An informed mix of Dublin’s Guitar Band scene and the sweaty hardcore dance floors of their native Belfast, Chalk are IDLES meets Daniel Avery, Death Grips meets Bicep – techno-infused industrial punk. Since forming in 2022, Chalk have had a rise like no other, quickly establishing themselves as an unmissable live act and unpredictable, ferocious songwriters. Their debut UK/IRE tour sold out, and led to further bookings across Europe as word of their performance and guitar-melded techno spread via word of mouth and support with national radio in the UK. These songs were collated into the Conditions Trilogy, a family of thirteen tracks that combine gritty Irish and German-influenced techno and dance music with gothic, post-punk and jagged guitar riffs and vocal melodies. This unique blend earned them the support and kudos of their peers in Fontaines D.C., IDLES and Sprints, all of whom handpicked the band to support them throughout their tours.
