Larimer Lounge Presents ROYA on Thursday, October 1st. ROYA is an electronic/dance-pop duo from Aarhus, Denmark, formed by Line Gade and Sebastian Igens. Line’s distinctive voice and introspective lyricism weave seamlessly with Sebastian’s bold, syncopated productions, creating a sound that is at once emotionally resonant and playfully inventive. At the heart of their process lies spontaneity: many tracks begin as live experiments, offhand samples, or fleeting ideas, evolving organically into instinctive, genre-blurring compositions.
