Goody Grace w/ Nicki Walters + Zoe Berman
Larimer Lounge Presents Goody Grace with Nicki Walters and Zoe Berman on Monday, March 10 — Goody Grace is a Canadian musician, singer, songwriter and producer from Selkirk, Manitoba. He first became interested in playing music at four years old, and began recording and producing music at nine, attempting to recreate the production sound of Juicy J and his group Three 6 Mafia. After gaining significant popularity within the alternative & punk scenes throughout the 2010s, Goody has since evolved his sound to include more folk-leaning sonics. Known for having released his anthemic hits, “Two Shots (feat. gnash)” and “Scumbag (feat. blink-182)”, Grace’s new album, “A Nice Place To Visit”, looks to have a similar impact. Following up the release of the album, Goody is set to go on tour with his close-collaborator, G-Eazy, from October to early March, playing dates in the U.S., U.K., Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. All ages, ticketed guests under 16 ONLY ADMITTED WITH TICKETED GUARDIAN 21+ All sales are final. clipping. w/ Counterfeit Madison
Larimer Lounge Presents clipping. with Counterfeit Madison on Sunday, April 27 — In the horror genre, sequels are perfunctory. As the insufferable film bro Randy explains in Scream 2, “There are certain rules that one must abide by in order to create a successful sequel. Number one: the body count is always bigger. Number two: the death scenes are always much more elaborate—more blood, more gore. Carnage candy. And number three: never, ever, under any circumstances, assume the killer is dead.” This October, rapper Daveed Diggs, and producers Jonathan Snipes and William Hutson return with an even higher body count, more elaborate kills, and monsters that just won’t stay dead. Visions of Bodies Being Burned is less a sequel than it is the second half of a planned diptych. It turns out, Clipping took to the thematic material of horrorcore like vampires to grave soil. Before the release of There Existed an Addiction to Blood, Clipping and Sub Pop Records divided the material up into two albums, designed to be released only months apart. However, a global pandemic and multiple canceled tours pushed the release of the project’s “part two” until the following Halloween season. Visions of Bodies Being Burned contains sixteen more scary stories disguised as rap songs, incorporating as much influence from Ernest Dickerson, Clive Barker, and Shirley Jackson as it does from Three 6 Mafia, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and Brotha Lynch Hung. All ages, ticketed guests under 16 ONLY ADMITTED WITH TICKETED GUARDIAN 21+ All sales are final. Check your tickets carefully, NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON Your name will be on the Will Call list the night of the show at doors time.

Laurence Guy w/ Enmeshed, St. Mike + AGXXISTENCE
Larimer Lounge Presents Laurence Guy with Enmeshed St. Mike and AGXXISTENCE on Friday, March 7 — Music’s power is in creating community, and this is the essence of Laurence Guy’s work. The London-based DJ and producer’s motto is ‘music to make you feel feelings’: whether that’s comfort, nostalgia, bittersweetness or melancholy. His sound has an unmistakable warmth while being squarely aimed at the dancefloor: samples fit into sprawling keys, and dusty drums thud under lush chords. Amid a string of EPs, Guy has released two acclaimed albums; 2017’s blissful house LP Saw You for the First Time and 2023’s Living Like There’s No Tomorrow, But Killing Yourself In The Process, gracing labels including Studio Barnhus, Ninja Tune, Shall Not Fade and more, now signed to Future Classic. He’s now armed with a stash of hip hop and filter house influenced dance tracks, like the Jamie xx-tipped Hey Baby and the groove-laden Most Perfect People (Are Mostly Not Perfect) that are already soundtracking people’s best life moments. 21+
