Larimer Lounge Presents Ava Maybee with Annika Rose and The River on Wednesday, June 4th.
Los Angeles artist Ava Maybee traces the electric threads that connect people to each other, no matter how tangled it gets. Thriving in chaotic vulnerability, Ava’s songs ring through the spectrum of human emotion and all its glistening mess.Ava started to write in high school – melding her prolific journaling, musical theatre, choir and parental influences (her mom is a big Motown buff and her dad is Chad Smith of RHCP) into a collection of songs that eventually led to a steady stream of single releases. This all in between a successful 2022 stint on American Idol which saw her land Top 10. The imminent release of Ava’s debut EP, Orange Drive (out May 16th) will be followed by a headline tour and festival plays thru Summer 2025
